We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Carmel McCloskey née McKenna peacefully at Rush Hall Care Home on the 15th of October 2024, may she rest in peace. Late of 40 Station Road, Dungiven, Co Derry.

Beloved wife of the late Sean R.I.P. Loving mother of Paula, Sheena, Sean Óg, Feargal (Noil), Orla(Chris) and Brenda (Malachy)

Devoted grandmother of Sinead, Michelle, Cora, Finn, Eoin, Alice, Rachel, Lucy, Malachy, Jude and Ruairi. Daughter of the late T.B and Minnie (McKenna) R.I.P and dear sister of Gemma and the late Ann O’Kane and Therese McGowan R.I.P. Very deeply regretted by the entire family circle.

You are welcome to pay your respects at McLaughlin’s Funeral Home (414a Ballyquin Road, Dungiven, BT47 4NQ) on Wednesday 16th of October from 7pm to 9pm, leaving the funeral home at 9pm to repose at her home. Wake house is private, family and close friends are welcome to call.

Funeral on Friday 18th of October 2024 leaving from her home at 10.15am for 11am Requiem Mass in Saint Patrick‘s Church Dungiven.

Interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.
