2nd November 2025 peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved husband of Rose, loving father of Alan, Sharron, Andrea and Kieron, father-in-law of Jock, Simon, Ewa and a much loved grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and dear friend to many.

Ron’s remains will be reposing in his home, 4 Glenbrae Gardens, from 3 pm on Monday. Funeral service will take place in W J O’Brien & Son’s Funeral Home, 110 Clooney Road, Eglinton, BT47 3PU, on Wednesday at 2 pm. A private cremation will take place at a later date.
