McCOY (nee Matthews) Carmel (Newry) died 16th June 2025 peacefully at Daisy Hill Hospital. Carmel R.I.P. Wife of the late Oliver and much loved mother of Ann-Marie, Patrick, Sinead, Paul and Conor. Sister of the late Gerald. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul.

Her remains will repose at her home 63, Chestnut Grove, Newry on Monday from 7:00pm, until removal on Wednesday at 11:30am for 12noon Funeral Mass in St. Patrick & St. Colman’s Cathedral, Newry. Burial afterwards in Monkshill Cemetery.

Deeply regretted by her sorrowing sons, daughters, sons in-law Anthony and Peter, daughters in law Carmelita and Emma, grandchildren, sisters in-law, brothers in law, nephews, nieces, family circle and friends.
