It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of Dolores McElhone (née O’Neill), February 24 2025, (peacefully at hospital surrounded by her loving family), 4 Beechland Drive, Clady, Portglenone, beloved wife of Seamus, much loved mother of John, loving mother in law of Leona, precious granny of Éabha and dear sister of Mary Jane, Anthony, Seamus, Dennis, Martin, Rosaleen, Susan, Peggy and the late Charlie, Henry and Eugene.

Dolores’s wake will officially begin at her late residence on Wednesday 26th February at 7pm. Her remains will leave from there on Friday 28th February at 10.40am for 11am Requiem Mass (which can be viewed via the parish webcam) in St Oliver Plunkett’s Church, Clady, burial immediately afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Greenlough.

Deeply regretted by her sorrowing husband, son, daughter in law, grandchild, brothers, sisters, brothers and sisters in law and extended family circle. Our Lady of Lourdes pray for her.
