McGARVEY James (Jim) Stanislaus (97 Lough Fea Road, Lissan, Cookstown, BT80 9SS) , peacefully surrounded by his loving family, April 9, 2026 (R.I.P). Beloved husband of Margaret (nee McDonald). Loving father of Conor, Rachel (Wardle), Patrick and the late Shane (R.I.P). Father-in-law of Jean, Julia, Chris and the late Mark (R.I.P). Cherished grandfather of Eoin, Cormac, Sarah, Klara, Orla, Una, Milo, Aoife and Jasper. Dear brother of the late Mary (Donaghy) and Nuala (R.I.P). Brother-in-law of Michael, Archbishop Kevin, Bernard and Gerard McDonald and John Donaghy. Son of the late Benny and Mary (R.I.P).

James’ remains will repose at his late residence for a wake on today Saturday (April 11th) from 2.00pm-10.00pm. House Private on morning of funeral. Funeral from there on Sunday (April 12th) at 12.20pm for 1.00pm Requiem Mass in St Michael’s Church, Lissan, followed by burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Will be sadly missed by his loving wife, daughter, sons, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, neighbours, friends and his wider family circle.
