McGONAGLE (nee Mullan) Janet, 25th February 2026 peacefully at home, beloved wife of Adrian, loving mother of Cathy, Theresa, Adrian and Naoimh, mother-in-law of David, Shay, Sarah and Steven, devoted grandmother of Ben, Kate, Luke, Dáithí, Cillian, Gabhán and Daisy and dear sister of Angela, Barney, Rosie, Collette, Nuala, Paul, Gerry and Oonagh and a much loved sister-in-law and aunt.

Janet’s remains will be reposing in her home, 14 Mount Vernon, on Thursday from 3 – 10 pm and on Friday from 12 – 10 pm. Funeral from there on Saturday at 9.25 am for 10 o’clock Requiem Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Steelstown. Interment afterwards in the City cemetery.
