McILVEEN (nee Sheilds) Irene, (Portadown) March 9, 2026, passed away in Craigavon Area Hospital. Irene Maureen, Wife of Jim, mother of Robert (Debbie) & Charmaine (Philip), stepmother of Ian (Jaqueline), nanny of James, Gemma, David, John (Emily), Stefan (Nicole), Kristan & Regan and great-nanny of Tia, Jesse & Theo.

Family and friends will be made welcome in Joseph Poots & Son Funeral Home, 42/44 Bridge Street, Portadown on Tuesday 10th March between 5pm and 7pm. A Service of Thanksgiving for Irene’s life will be held in St. Columba’s Parish Church on Wednesday 11th March at 1pm followed by burial in Kernan Cemetery.
