McKEOWN (nee McAleavey) Catherine (Cathy) (Derrynoose) September 26, 2025, peacefully in the presence of her loving family RIP. Dearly beloved wife of Sean and devoted mother to Tim (Vanessa) and precious grandmother to Eva. Mother in law of the late Anne Marie RIP. Cherished sister to Hugh, Pat, Shane, Vincent, Fergus, Gary and the late Anne and Gabrielle RIP.

House strictly private as per Cathy’s wishes. Her remains will repose at her late residence 21 Doohat Rd Derrynoose until removal on Monday to arrive at St Mochua’s Church Derrynoose for 11am Requiem Mass. Cremation afterwards to Lakelands Crematorium Co Cavan arriving approx 2:15pm

Deeply regretted and sorely missed by her loving husband, son, granddaughter, brothers and the entire family circle and many friends. On her gentle soul sweet Jesus have mercy.
