McSHERRY Denis (81 Boulevard Park, Newcastle, formerly Killough) Denis R.I.P. died peacefully Tuesday February 1st 2022, surrounded by his loving family, at his daughter’s residence, 4 Sunningdale Drive, Newcastle.
Loving and devoted father of Fiona and Colin, cherished grandfather of Hayden and Meah and son-in-law Stephen. Dearly beloved son of the late Henry and Annie and much loved brother of Billy and Geraldine.
Denis is reposing at his daughter’s residence until 10.00am on Friday February 4th when he will leave for 11.00am Requiem Mass in St Joseph’s Church, Killough with interment following in the family burial ground in The Star of the Sea Cemetery, Rossglass.
Deeply regretted by his sorrowing children, son-in-law, grandchildren, Sheree, brother, sister, their families and his many relatives and friends.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired to Marie Curie Cancer Care c/o the family. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
