McSPARRAN Dr Alastair John McDonnell McSparran, Coiscib, Cushendall, County Antrim. Passed away Sunday 6th October, 2024.
Alastair, beloved husband of Christine (nee Wheeler), the “love of his life” and a proud Glensman. He will be sadly missed by his sisters Anne, Elizabeth, Brid, Margaret Rose, Paddy, extended family and many great friends. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
Alastair will be in repose on Monday 7th October (from 3pm until 9pm) and Tuesday 8th October from 1pm until 9pm at Coiscib, 34 Glenville Road, Cushendall, Country Antrim, BT44 0PB. Family only from 9pm each evening.
The funeral mass will take place at 11am on Wednesday (9th October) in St Mary’s Church, 29 Chapel Road, Cushendall, County Antrim, BT44 0RS and can be viewed on the St Marys Church Cushendall webcam. Burial will take place in the adjoining Cemetery.
Family flower only please, donations in lieu to Friends of the Cancer Centre, Belfast.
