MILLIGAN, Joseph Raymond (Ray) – 14th October 2023, peacefully at Balmoral View Care Home, aged 90 years.

Beloved husband of Joan. Dearly loved father of Kelly, father-in-law to Ricky and devoted ‘Ga-Ga’ to Katie-May. Dear brother to Ingrid, Vivienne, Edmond, Maurice and the late Olivia.

A service celebrating Ray’s life will be held in Ronnie Thompson’s Funeral Church on Friday 20th October at 11am followed by a private cremation.
