MURPHY John Joseph (Sean) died March 15, 2026 surrounded by his loving family. Late of Marino Park, Holywood. Formerly of Cushendall. Beloved husband of Margaret (née Mulgrew), Stewartstown, Co Tyrone. Loving father of Kieran, James and John. Cherished grandfather to Lara, Jason and Harry.

Sean is reposing at O’Kanes Funeral Home, 116-118 Donegall Street, BT1 2GX. Viewing times are today Tuesday 9.00am – 5.00pm, Wednesday 9.00am – 8.30pm and Thursday 9.00am – 4.00pm. Sean will be removed to St Colmcille’s Church, Holywood Thursday March 19th to arrive at 6.00pm. Requiem Mass will be held at 9.30am Friday March 20th, followed by burial in Redburn Cemetery.
