The family of Martin Nash would like to express their heartfelt thanks to all those who extended their sympathy over the last few weeks. We have been extremely moved by all the kindness shown and know that this is a wonderful tribute to Martin’s life.
We wish to say a special thank you to the Foyle Hospice, Marie Curie nurses and district nurses for their care and compassion.
We would also like to thank Fr Ignacy and Fr Daniel for leading the funeral rites and Bradley & McLaughlin for making a very difficult time much easier.
Martin’s Month’s Mind mass will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church, Creggan on Tuesday 5th August at 7.30pm

The death has taken place of Martin Nash, July 6 2025, died peacefully at his home, 61 Lislane Drive, beloved husband of the late Angela, cherished partner of Carmel, loving father of Helena, Fearghal and step-father of Cailin, devoted grandfather to Shanell, Kenzie, Jacob, Riley, Caleb and Anna, dear and loving son of the late Lawrence and Lily, dearly loved brother of Mary, Paddy, Alex, Eileen, Anne and the late Jean, Eddie, Elezene, Margo, Bridie and John and an adored uncle of all his nieces and nephews.

Martin will be reposing at his home. Family time please from 10:00pm to 11:00am. Funeral leaving his home on Tuesday, July 8 at 9:20am to St. Mary’s Church, Creggan for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Our Lady of Knock pray for him.
