POLASEK Jakub 1st February 2026, suddenly, doing what he loved. Much loved husband of Dašenka, loving father of Natalka and Standa, dear son of Kateřina and Miloš, precious grandson of Hana and the late Stanislav.
Funeral service in Henry’s Funeral Parlour on Monday 9th February at 12 noon, cremation afterwards private. Family and friends are welcome to call at his home, 74 Elmwood, Cullybackey on Saturday 7th February from 12 noon until 6pm. No flowers please.
Lovingly remembered by his sorrowing wife, children, mum, dad, grandmother, family and many friends.
