RHODES, Susan Mary – 18th December 2025, peacefully at Spa Nursing home, after a long illness, surrounded by her family. Formerly of Loughview Close, Loughinisland (with her daughter).

Beloved and much-loved mum of Caroline and Jonathan, dearly loved mother-in-law to Martin and Amanda. Devoted sister to Margaret, sister-in-law of Matteo.

A Service of Thanksgiving will be held in Douglas Funeral Church, 20 Dromore Road, Ballynahinch, BT24 8HP on Monday 29th December at 10.00 am. Private committal at Roselawn Crematorium.

Susan will be sadly missed by all who knew her, a special thanks to all her carers over the years, especially to all at Spa Nursing Home, Ballynahinch for their recent care and dedication.

It broke my heart to lose you, but you did not go alone, for part of me went with you, the day God called you home.
