ROONEY Eamon (Clontibret, Co. Monaghan) – May 12, 2025 – Eamon passed away suddenly. Late of Bryanlitter, Eircode H18 HD98. Loving husband of Christine. Devoted father of Janette, Lisa (Smith), Niall, Mark and Darren. Grandfather of Finn, Darragh, Shay, Hunter, Cooper, Holly, Lucy, Layla, Alessa, Ciara, Kailyn and Chloe. Brother of John and Mary (Winters).

Eamon will be reposing at his home from 8pm Wednesday evening, until removal on Friday at 10.15am to St Mary’s Church, Clontibret for 11 o’clock requiem mass. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife, daughters, sons, daughters-in-law Alexis and Tina, son-in-law Paul, grandchildren, brother, sister, brothers-in-law Kevin, Seamus, Damien and Seamus, sisters-in-law Rosie, Mollie, Margaret, Sadie, Pauline and Emma, nieces and nephews and the entire Rooney and Finnegan family circle.
