ROONEY (Ballymartin) June 16, 2025. John, beloved husband of Mary and loving father of Helena and Johnny. Dearest grandfather of Owen, Mark, Cara, Olivia, Ryan and Amy.
John’s remains will leave his late residence, 2 St Joseph’s Bungalows, Ballymartin at 1.00pm on Thursday 19th for 1.30pm Requiem Mass in St Joseph’s Church, Ballymartin. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Deeply regretted by his sorrowing wife, daughter, son, grandchildren, son-in-law Paul, daughter-in-law Vicky, Brendan Polin and entire family circle. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to Mourne Community First Responders, c/o any family member.
