ROONEY (nee McAfee) Mary RIP (Strangford) Died 10th December 2025 peacefully at her late residence. Dearly beloved wife of the late Henry. Loving mother of Colm and Caroline. Dear mother-in-law of Malcolm and cherished grandmother of James, John, and Tom. Much loved sister of Jean and Brigid and the late Jim, Dickie, Sally and Kathleen.

Funeral from her late residence 8 Castle Street Strangford on Friday 12th December 2025 at 2.45pm for 3 pm Requiem Mass in Stella Maris Church Strangford. Interment afterwards in St Malachy’s Cemetery Kilclief.

Mary’s remains will be reposing at her late residence from 3pm on Thursday 11th December.
