SHIELDS Damien (Strangford) RIP. Died 6th April 2025 peacefully following a tragic accident.

Dearly beloved husband of Geraldine and loving father of Connor, James, Michael (Molly-Anne) and David and Dad of pet dog Brody. Dear brother of Kieran (Jackie) and brother-in-law of Gerard and Maria. A much loved son of the late Billy and Anna Shields and a dear son-in-law of Gerald and Margaret Hynds. Dear cousin, uncle and friend.

Funeral from his late residence, 6 St John’s Place, Kildare Street, Strangford, on Wednesday 9th April 2025 at 11am for 11.30am Requiem Mass in Stella Maris Church, Strangford. Interment afterwards in St Malachy’s Cemetery, Kilclief.

St Christopher and St Padre Pio pray for him.

Family and friends welcome to pay their respects today from 6pm – 10pm, Tuesday from 11am – 3pm and 6pm – 10pm.
