SHIELS Kevin passed away peacefully December 11, 2025 at Royal Victoria Hospital. Beloved husband of Lyla. Much loved father of Deirdre, Kevin, and Karen. Devoted granda of Ciarán, Laura, Joseph, Eoin, Odhrán, Grace, Patrick, Conor and great-grandfather to Isla and Caoimhín. Adored father-in-law of Joe, Suzanne and Paddy.

Kevin will be reposing at his family home. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so today Saturday and Sunday between 2.00pm – 8.00pm. Requiem Mass will be held Monday December 15th at 9.45am in St Bernard’s Church, followed by burial in Carnmoney Cemetery at 11.00am.
