SHORTT Richard (Dicky) R.I.P. Richard passed peacefully under the wonderful care of Fruithill Nursing Home on the 30th November 2025 surrounded by his loving family. Dearly beloved son of the late Joseph and Mary. Loving brother of the late John, Kathleen, David, Peggy and Anne. Cherished uncle of Brian, David, Kathleen and the late Kieran and all his extended family in Canada. Late of Fruithill Nursing Home. Sacred Heart of Jesus have Mercy on His Soul.

Dicky’s remains will be reposing in O’Neill’s Chapel of Rest on Tuesday between 4pm and 7pm for those wishing to pay their respects.

Dicky’s remains will leave O’Neill’s Chapel of Rest at 9.30am on Wednesday to arrive at St Agnes’ Church for 10am Requiem Mass. Burial to follow in Milltown Cemetery.
