SMITH James (Jimmy), passed away peacefully in the Royal Victoria Hospital, October 15, 2025. Beloved husband of Kathleen, much loved father of David, Philip and Paul. Dearly beloved son of the late Jack and Rose, brother of Brendan and the late Pat, Mary, Jack, Benny and Rose. R.I.P. He will be missed by daughters-in-law Clare and Nicola, grandchildren Ella, Sophie, Charlie and Niamh.

Jimmy is reposing at O’Kanes Funeral Home, 116-118 Donegall Street, Belfast BT1 2GX until tomorrow Sunday October 19th when he will arrive at his late residence. Those wishing to pay their respects are welcome between 3.00pm – 8.00pm. On Monday October 20th he will arrive at St Paul’s Church, Falls Road for Requiem Mass at 1.00pm, followed by burial in Milltown Cemetery.
