SMYTH Aidan (Lurgan) March 8, 2026, (peacefully) at Aughnacloy House, surrounded by his loving family. Aidan, dearly beloved husband of the late Rosemarie Smyth R.I.P, formerly of Oakleigh Grove Lurgan, and much loved father of Martina, Amanda and Michael, beloved father-in-law of Johnny, Tony and Jolene and loving granda to Jack, Taillte Cliodhna, Caoimhe, Oisin, Seagh, Aoife, Eirinn and Enda.

Aidan’s remains will be reposing at his son Michael’s home 53 Foxleigh Wood Lurgan BT67 9GW on Tuesday from 5.00pm until 9.00pm where family and friends will be welcome to call and pay their respects. His remains will be removed on Wednesday to St Peter’s Church arriving at 7.30pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 10.00am. Burial afterwards in St Malachy’s Cemetery Carrickcruppen. Aidan’s Requiem Mass can be viewed on St Peter’s Church webcam. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
