‘Auntie’ Ethel will be sadly missed by Elaine, Mark, Matthew (& Rebecca), and Alexander. I had the privilege of calling her ‘Auntie Ethel’ because of the close ties she had with my Mother (Muriel McCullough nee Hogg) and my Auntie Phyllis (Morton nee Hogg). Ethel, Muriel, and Phyllis were close friends for 86 years. We used to holiday together in Portrush for many summers when my sister, cousin, and I were children. I hold very fond memories of those trips. Auntie Ethel was a devout Christian and served Him throughout her life. I have no doubt Auntie Ethel was welcomed with open arms by The Lord. Rest in Peace.
