STRAIN Malcolm Francis. Passed away peacefully at home on 25th December 2024

Beloved Husband of June, loving Father of David, Helen and Anne, cherished Father-in-law of Denis, Deborah and Gary, devoted Grandfather to Jonathan, Aimee, Kerry and Hannah and friend to Andrew.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday 2nd January 2025 in Gilnahirk Presbyterian Church, 161 Gilnahirk Road,

Belfast BT5 7QP at 2.00pm and afterwards in the adjoining graveyard for burial.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu may be sent, if desired, direct to Marie Curie, 60 Knock Road, Belfast BT5 6LQ.

We have you all in our hearts as you move forward without the great Malcolm Strain, What an honour and privilege to have had him in our lives. Especially grateful for the wonderful times spent together in Canada and N. Ireland, and the occasional phone call. Malcolm’s love of cycling inspired us to take up the sport. Still cycling today, as the snow permits. Dedicating cycling in 2025 to Malcolm to honour him. Sending much love and hugs to you all, Shari and Ivor
