The family of the late Teresa Rafferty would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our extended family members, our friends and neighbours for their kindness, sympathy, support and generosity at this difficult time.

A special thank you to the staff at the Craigavon Area Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion shown to Teresa, especially during the last few weeks of her illness. We are especially grateful to those who attended Teresa’s wake, funeral, sent mass cards and sympathy cards, flowers and who shared comforting words and memories.

A special thanks to Fr. David Moore for the lovely requiem mass and to Dervla and Cora for the beautiful singing and music. A special thanks to Kate McAleer funeral director, for her professionalism and compassion throughout.

A huge thank you to everyone who generously donated their time and resources to help in any way. We unfortunately are unable to thank everyone individually but rest assured your kindness will not be forgotten.

Teresa’s months mind mass will be celebrated on Saturday 31st January at 11am in the Church of Assumption, Pomeroy.  All are welcome to join us in remembering and praying for Teresa. Mass can be viewed via webcam also.
