THOMPSON Lily (Bessbrook) August 20, 2025, passed away (peacefully) surrounded by her loving family. Lily, dearly beloved wife of the late Harry RIP, deeply devoted mum to Michael, Teresa, Lilian, Pat, Kieran and Anthony, loving Granny and Great Granny, cherished sister of Willie and the late Mickey, Richard, Patsy and Philomena RIP, a dear mother in law, sister in law, aunt and friend.

Lily’s remains will repose at her late residence 15 Camlough Park, Bessbrook from 6pm Wednesday.

Funeral leaving at 9.30am Friday 22nd August for 10am Requiem Mass in the Church of the Good Shepherd, Cloughreagh, followed by 1pm cremation in Dardistown Crematorium, Santry. Deeply regretted and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family circle, friends and neighbours.

Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Alzheimer’s Society c/o the family. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her gentle soul.
