WALKINGTON, Valerie Elizabeth, passed away peacefully at her home 25th June 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Late of Rawbrae Road, Whitehead.

Loving and devoted wife of Cecil. Adored Mum of Susan, Andrew and Martin. Mother-in-law to Kieran and proud Nanny of Tom. Loving sister of Terry, wife Hazel, and the late Tony and wife June. Loving aunt to all her nieces and nephews.

A service of thanksgiving for Valerie’s life will be held in St. John’s Church of Ireland 147 Low Road Islandmagee on Saturday 28th June 2025 at 2.00 p.m. interment in adjoining Churchyard.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers if desired to either Alzheimer’s Society or Cancer Research c/o S & J Irvine Funeral Directors.

Valerie will be sadly missed, loved and remembered always by the entire family circle.
