Kim, much loved wife of Dale, cherished mum of Dakota, Jasper and Logan, also a treasured sister.
Funeral service will be held from her home on Monday June 10, at 11am and afterwards to Roselawn Cemetery for 1.00pm.
Loved and remembered always by your husband, daughter and sons.
