Brigid DOWNEY (née Kearney)
Brigid Downey died on December 12, 2020 (peacefully at Glenkeen Nursing Home).
Brigid, beloved wife of the late Joe, much loved mother of Mary (Letters), Joe, Kate (McMahon), Dominic, Sean and the late Martin, and loving sister of Susan (Shivers), Annie Mary, Kathleen (McCabe), John, Tony and the late Joey and Pat. (Cloney, Ahoghill)
Brigid’s remains will leave her daughter Kate’s residence, 56 Crosskeys Road, Cloney today Monday at 10.20am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in St Mary’s Church, Ahoghill. Burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. NB Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic Brigid’s Wake and Funeral will be Strictly Private.
Deeply regretted by her sorrowing sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers, sisters, grandchildren, great grandchildren and all the family circle. Our Lady of Lourdes pray for her.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to Chest, Heart and Stroke, c/o the family.
