ACTON (nee Stinton) Valerie, 27th September 2024, peacefully at hospital, after a short illness.

Beloved wife of the late Frank, dearly loved daughter of the late John and Violet Sinton, much loved sister of the late Rodney and Patricia, a dear sister-in-law and cherished aunt.

Following a private committal, a Service of Thanksgiving will be held in Downpatrick Presbyterian Church, Fountain Street, Downpatrick BT30 6AW on Tuesday 1st October at 2.00pm.

Valerie will be reposing in Charles Rourke & Sons’ Funeral Home, 51 Church Street, Downpatrick, BT30 6EH on Sunday 29th September from 2.00 – 4.00pm, with family present.

Very deeply regretted and will be lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family and friends.
