Devoted mother of Ivan, Heather (Gary), Bryan (Olga) and Steven (Carla). A much loved grandmother. Loving foster mum to many and dear sister of Olive, Heather, Lorna and the late Blanche and Marcus (Mark).

Everyone is welcome to call at Armstrong’s Funeral Home, Omagh on Friday from 6-8pm. Service of Thanksgiving for the life of Charlotte will be held in Armstrong’s Funeral Home, Omagh on Saturday at 1:00pm followed by committal in Castlederg Cemetery.
