Ann’s first anniversary will be observed in The Church of the Assumption on Friday December 29th at 7:30pm

We, the family of the late Anne Beggs would like to extend our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to everyone who prayed and supported us through our recent bereavement.  We thank all who called at the wake, helped in the house during the wake, Provided food, sent Mass Cards and flowers and all who attended Anne’s funeral.

Thanks also to Pomeroy Community Hub and the ladies and gentlemen who provided the refreshments after the funeral service.

Thanks to Professor McMullan and Doctor Finnegan, Belfast City Hospital, Doctor Foy and staff at Craigavon Area Hospital, Doctor Corry and staff at Carrickmore Health Centre, Damian and staff at Pomeroy Chemist, Termonmaguirc Cancer Care and Macmillan Cancer Care, Marie Curie Nurse Coyle, Northern Ireland Hospice and Sharon Maguire and the district nurses for their dedicated care, support and compassion during Anne’s illness.

Deep gratitude to Father Moore for the beautiful Requiem Mass and also his spiritual care for Anne at home.  Special thanks to Dervla Kelly for the beautiful singing and music at the Mass and all who assisted with the funeral.  Grateful appreciation to Kate McAleer Funeral Director for the attentive, dignified and professional manner in which she carried out the funeral arrangements and to the gravediggers who prepared Anne’s final resting place.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this as as an expression of our deepest appreciation.

Anne’s month mind mass will be celebrated on January 24th 2023 in The Church of the Assumption Pomeroy at 7:30pm.

BEGGS (Pomeroy) 29th December 2022, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family, Anne. Cherished mummy to Karleen and Aaron and mother-in-law to Christiane and Nial, doting nana to Liam, Sophie, Fintan and Rían, beloved sister to Rena, Maimie, Vinny, Brendan, Michael, Collette, Gerard, Kieran, Pauline, Noel, Claire, Celine, Maeve, Nuala, Oonagh, Jimmy and the late James and Margaret RIP, much loved niece of Charlie O’Connor.

Anne is reposing at home 3 Keeragh BT70 2QZ until removal Saturday afternoon for 2pm Requiem Mass in The Church of the Assumption, interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Our Lady pray for her.

Deeply loved and missed by her sorrowing, daughter, son, grandchildren, sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, cousins, entire family circle, neighbours and friends.
