KERR Anne. We, the family of Anne, would like to express our profound thanks and gratitude to everyone who sympathised with us on the recent death of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister Anne.We would like to give a special thanks to our family circle, close friends and neighbours for their love, kindness and support shown to Anne and family during her final days. A sincere thank you to those who sent messages, cards, flowers, provided food and attended the house. A heartfelt thanks to those who helped during the wake and funeral.Thanks to Kevin and Ciaran at KC Marquees for their services. Special thanks to Vivian, Shane (Vivo Galbally) and Barrack Hill Quarries for their generosity. Thanks also to Galbally Pearses for dedicating their time and resources and for providing help and support throughout the wake and funeral.Our heartfelt thanks to the district nursing team for their outstanding dedication and care to Anne and family in the days and weeks prior to her passing.Thank you to Dr. McGuigan, Dr. Vernon, Dr. McKay and all the staff at Ardmore Medical Practice, the dedicated staff in the Mandeville Unit of Craigavon Area Hospital and also to the staff in Gordon’s Chemist Dungannon for their invaluable help and support throughout Anne’s illness.Thank you to Fr. Patrick Breslin, Fr. Patrick McGuckin, Fr. David Moore and Fr. Gerard McAleer for their kindness and gracious support to Anne and family, and to Fr. McAleer for the touching funeral mass. A special thank you to Fr. Peter Kerr for the rosary at home prior to the funeral.Many thanks to Gallbhaile / An Cheapóg CCÉ for the guard of honour and outstanding rendition of the Mountains of Pomeroy at the door of the chapel.Many thanks to the readers, eucharistic ministers, sacristans and all those who participated in Anne’s funeral mass. Thanks also to the gravediggers for preparing her final resting place.A heartfelt thanks to the musicians and singers who graciously provided the outstanding music during the funeral mass; Maggie Maguire, Lorena Maguire, Ronan Warnock, Maria Maguire, Fergal McAloon, Chris Maguire, Caoimhe Kearins, Tomás Quinn and Mark Redmond. Thanks also to Matt McGlinn for the provision and operation of sound equipment.Many thanks to Paudge, Kerrie and all the staff at Quinn’s Corner for providing the refreshments after the funeral.Finally, a profound and gracious thank you to Kate and Peter at McAleer Bros. Funeral Directors Pomeroy for the very dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere and utmost gratitude to everyone for their support over the past few weeks and months.Anne’s Month’s Mind Mass will take place in St. John’s Church, Galbally on Friday, October 4th at 7.30pm.
KERR (Galbally) August 29th 2024, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving and heartbroken family, Anne (née McKeever) beloved wife of Danny. Cherished mother to Ann-Marie (Crudden), Catherine (Moriarty), Michael and baby Monica who died in infancy RIP. Mother-in-law to Gareth, Paul and Ciará. Much loved sister to Margaret Mary McCallan and John and a dearly loved sister-in-law to Kevin, Bernie, Marion, Rose, Bernie, Margaret, Paul and Geraldine. Adored by her grandchildren Annie-Rose, Harry, Oliver, Molly, Maurice, Charlie and baby Rían.
Anne will repose at home 18 Sessiadonaghy Rd. BT70 2PF and all are welcome to pay their respects on Saturday between 10am and 10pm please.
Anne’s family have respectfully asked for privacy outside these times.
Funeral from her residence on Sunday for 1pm Requiem Mass in St. John’s Church, interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. St. Martin pray for her.
Very deeply regretted by her loving husband, daughters, son, daughter-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, sister, brother, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, entire family circle, neighbours and friends.
