Special thanks to Ann’s Home Care staff to whom we are most grateful for their excellent care and compassion and the Causeway Hospital staff for their caring support and kindness.

A special word of thanks to Rev John Martin for his compassionate support and pastoral care provided. Thanks to Olive Kyle and the ladies of Culnady Presbyterian Church for providing and serving the funeral tea. Many thanks to the grave digger and to all others who assisted in any manner, not previously mentioned.

The Family would like to extend special thanks to Helen and all her staff at D. Watters Funeral Services for their professionalism and support in conducting the funeral arrangements in a dignified manner.

ARBUTHNOT William Henry – July 1st 2023 (peacefully) at The Causeway Hospital, (in his 88th year), dearly loved Husband of Myrtle, 4 Culnady Road, Upperlands

Much loved Father of Bill, Gordon, Michael, Arlene and Arnold, a dear Father-in-Law, Grandfather and Great Grandfather and dearest Brother of Jean, Evelyn, Tommy, Elizabeth, Aubrey and the late Stanley.

House private. All welcome at D. Watters Funeral Home, Tobermore, on Tuesday evening (July 4th) from 7:00pm – 8:30pm. A Service of Thanksgiving will take place at William’s home on Wednesday, July 5th, commencing at 1:00pm, followed by burial in Culnady Presbyterian Churchyard at 1:45pm (approx.).

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Cancer Research, can be made online or payable to D. Watters (Donations A/c), 55 Main Street, Tobermore Magherafelt BT45 5PP.
