Arthur KELLY

Date of Death: Thursday 18th December 2025 Town: Carland, Dungannon

We the family of the late Arthur Kelly wish to express our deep gratitude for the kindness, love and support shown to us at such a difficult time.

Our sincere thanks to all those who looked after Arthur over the years – Campbells Surgery Doctors & staff, Doctors & Nurses from Craigavon Area Hospital, The Royal Victoria Hospital and Musgrave Park Hospital.

The N.I Ambulance Service, the staff of the Acute Care At Home team and Paul Donaghy’s Pharmacy.

A special thank you to Arthur’s nephews, nieces, cousins & friends who frequently called with him – Arthur treasured these visits.

Our grateful appreciation to family members, friends, neighbours who attended the wake & funeral, sent letters & mass cards, brought food and gifts and helped in the kitchen.

A special word of thanks to those who helped with parking at the wake and the PSNI traffic management unit for assistance during the wake & funeral. Thank you to Allspec Marquees for the provision of gazebo during the wake & to the staff of Edge Innovate for the guard of honour at the funeral.

Our immense gratitude is extended to Fr Kingsley (CAH Chaplin) who anointed Arthur. Also to Dean Donaghy, Fr Slater and especially to Fr McCamley & Decon Tony Hughes whose gentle and reverend celebration of the funeral mass was a great consolation to us all. The mass was further enhanced by the beautiful singing & music provided by Ciara Thompson and accompanying pianist.

A special word of thanks and appreciation is extending to St. Malachys GFC Edendork for provision of equipment during the wake, providing a guard of honour & assisting with the funeral procession-this would have made Arthur a very proud Edendork man.

We are indebted to Kate McAleer funeral directors for the professional, efficient & dignified manner in which Arthur’s funeral preparations were carried out.

A special thanks also to Kieran Kelly & Peter McHugh who prepared Arthur’s final resting place.

Finally, we would like to thank The Gables Restaurant for the lovely refreshments provided by after Arthur’s funeral mass.

We trust that this acknowledgment will be accepted by you as a way of expressing our sincere thanks and appreciation. Arthur’s months mind mass will be celebrated on Saturday 17th January at 5pm in St. Malachys Church Edendork.
