We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Francis (Twinkle) Barbour, suddenly on 10th August 2023. May he rest in peace.

Lovingly remembered by his wife Isabel and children Kevin, Eoghan, Claire and the late Sean Harkin, his mother Sally and siblings Johnny, Cindy, Hugh, Kathleen and David. My God have mercy on his soul.

Twinkle’s remains will be reposing at his wife Isabel’s residence, 10 Iona Park, from approx. 7:30pm this evening. His remains will leave from there on Sunday 13th August at 4:45pm to arrive in St. Columba’s Church, Longtower at 5:30pm to repose overnight. Twinkle’s funeral requiem mass will then take place on Monday 14th August at 12pm. Burial immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.
