Date of Death: Saturday 25th December 2021

1st Anniversary Notice

Precious memories of a dear Mother, Grandmother and Sister
Called home 25th December 2021.
Always lovingly remembered and sadly missed by your Daughters Ann and Brenda, Grandchildren Owen and Niamh, Sisters Eileen, Anne and Olive, Brothers John and Hughie and Family circle.

We little knew that morning,
God would call your name.
In life we loved you dearly,
In death we do the same
It broke our hearts to lose you,
You did not go alone,
For part of us went with you,
The day God called you home.
You left us beautiful memories,
Your love is still our guide
And though we cannot see you,
You’re always by our side.
Our family chain is broken
And nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one
The chain will link again.

Anniversary Mass on Friday 23rd December at 7.30 pm in St Mary’s Church Loughmacrory.

Family Acknowledgement

We the family of the late Bernie Coyle would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us on the recent sad bereavement of our beloved Mum and Grandmother. We have been comforted and sustained by the thoughts and prayers of many relatives, friends and neighbours.

Our sincere gratitude to Fr Sean O’Neill PP for his spiritual support and guidance during her illness and for the celebration of mum’s requiem mass, which was also made so special by the beautiful music and singing by Ciara Fox.

Thanks also to Fr Patrick Hughes and Fr Owen O’Donnell Kildress, for their spiritual support and prayers during her time at Rivervale.
We would like to thank everyone who helped care for Mum over the last number of years, especially Nancy and Bernie. Also to the amazing staff of Rivervale Nursing Home Dunamore, who looked after her like she was their own mother. We owe you a debt of thanks that can never be repaid.

We are grateful to all those who supported us, attended the wake, sent Mass cards, Sympathy cards, letters, messages, and expressed their condolence via telephone and social media, and those who made generous donations in lieu of flowers to Alzheimer’s Research UK and Termonmaguirc Patients Comfort Fund.

A special word of thanks to those who helped at the wake, brought gifts of food, helped with parking and lighting, the gravediggers who prepared Mum’s grave with such great care, the Sacristan, Eucharistic Ministers and anyone else who helped in anyway.

Thank you to those who lined the route while Mum’s remains came home. On the morning of the funeral, we took great comfort from those who lined the funeral cortege route, joined us at the Chapel, or viewed the mass online. Although we could not speak to each and every one of you, we thank you from the bottom of our heart.

We would sincerely like to thank FMC Funeral Directors for their efficient, dignified and professional manner in which they carried out all the funeral arrangements.

Sadly it is not possible to thank everyone by name but the family will remember your kindness for years to come.

We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a small gesture of our sincere appreciation. The holy sacrifice of the mass will be offered for all your intentions.

Bernie’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday 26th January at 7.30pm in St Marys Chapel Loughmacrory and can be viewed via webcam at Church Media Loughmacrory
