Hughes (Newry) 22nd June 2020. Peacefully at his residence, 42 Main Avenue, Derrybeg Park. Bernie (The Bolt), dearly beloved husband of the late Imelda and cherished father of Martin, Mary, Teresa, Carmel and the late Bernadette and Bernard.

Due to government restrictions house and funeral is private for family only.

Anyone wishing to pay their respects to Bernie can line the route from his residence at 10.10am on Wednesday going to St Brigid’s Church The Meadow.

On his soul sweet Jesus have mercy.

He will be always remembered by his sorrowing son. daughters, sons in law Kevin, Liam and Brendan, daughter in law Myria, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces and the entire family circle, neighbours and his many friends.
