Mary BIGMORE (née Collins)
The family of the late Mary Bigmore R.I.P. wish to express our heartfelt thanks for the love and support given to us following the death of a much-loved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. We appreciate and thank all those who sympathised with us in any way from telephone, Mass cards, sympathy cards, messages, paid tribute on social media, brought gifts, helped out, or offered prayers for Mary following her sad passing. Our sincerest gratitude to the homecare staff for the exceptional nursing care given to Mary over the past few years and to all the home help ladies for their incredible kindness and attention. Your help meant everything to Mary and her family. To the Family members who went the extra mile ensuring Mary was always cared for especially in the last few years, thank you most sincerely.
To Noel and Anne Devlin and to the Maynes family, especially Imelda, words will never be enough to express our gratitude for the care and love shown to Mary and Harry over the years. Always there when called upon. Exceptional neighbours and exceptional friends to the Bigmore family.
We thank Fr. McArdle, for celebrating the Requiem Mass, the Church sacristan and to Michael Mawhinney for the beautiful singing, and the gravediggers who prepared Mary’s final resting place with her much loved and missed husband Harry RIP.
Thank you to the many relatives, neighbours, friends and wider community who joined us outside Mary’s home, lined the route of the cortège to the Loup, attended the Church for the Requiem Mass, or joined us via the Church webcam. Seeing so many people support us was a great comfort and we wish to thank all sincerely.
Our appreciation is also extended to McCusker Brothers, Funeral Directors, Magherafelt for the professional, compassionate, and dignified way they carried out the funeral arrangements and for the invaluable advice given throughout.
We hope this acknowledgment will be accepted by all as it would be impossible to express our appreciation individually. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
Mary’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Patrick’s Church, Loup at 7.30pm on Friday 15th October 2021.
