BIRKETT Henry Edward (Eddie) Died 31st July 2024. Suddenly at home, 28 Knockenagh Avenue, Rathfern, Newtownabbey.

Beloved husband of Betty, much loved father of Susan, Linda and Edward, loving father-in-law of Gary and David, cherished grandfather of Emma and partner Darren, Chrissy, Taylor and Georgia and devoted great-grandfather of Rio, Reanna, Roxy and Harper.

Funeral service will be held at his late home (address above) on Monday 12th August at 11am and afterwards to Antrim and Newtownabbey Crematorium for 12 noon.

Family flowers only please with cash donations in lieu of flowers to Holybank Primary School to purchase sensory room equipment, RVH Children’s Hospital eye ward to purchase toys and sensory equipment and RVH Children’s ICU Premature baby unit to purchase clothing, c/o Scott Otley Funeral Director, 210 Shore Road, Belfast, BT15 3QB.

Will be very sadly missed by his entire loving family circle.
