BLANEY Isobel (Portaferry) Died 28th July 2026, peacefully at nursing home, surrounded by her loving family. Isobel, loving and devoted mother of Thomas, Kenny, Geoffrey, Connor and the late Joseph, cherished granny of Jennifer, Megan, Daniel, Matthew, Farah, Ellie, Trudie, Rocco, Ethan, Tomas and the late Kenneth, much loved great-granny of Brogan, Jayden, Marcus, Payton and Leo a dear sister and will be sadly missed by nieces Liz and Jennifer and nephew Sean.

Isobel will be reposing in her home 18 Cuan Avenue, Portaferry on Wednesday 29th July and Thursday 30th July with visitors welcome from 2pm-8pm each day.

Funeral will leave the home on Friday 31st July at 9.30am to St. Patrick’s Church, Ballyphilip for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by burial in adjoining graveyard.

Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by all her family and the extended family circle.
