The family of the late David (Davy) Blayney wish to express their sincere gratitude to those who sympathised and who supported them in prayer, during their recent bereavement. To all that brought gifts, phoned, sent messages, cards and donations in lieu of flowers for REVIVE RVH Critical ICU, attended the funeral or helped in any other way, we are most grateful.

Special thanks to all those who stopped and provided assistance at the scene of the accident, the Emergency Services, Medical Staff at Antrim Area Hospital Emergency Unit and Belfast RVH Critical Care Unit, Pastor D Campbell (Lisnaskea Emmanuel Fellowship) for his prayerful support; the Rev J Greer and Rev A Stewart (Ballymena Free Presbyterian Church) for their pastoral care and conducting the funeral services; to those who supplied refreshments and the catering team at Ballymena FPC for their help.

A final word of thanks goes to the staff of James Henry Funeral Services for the professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation.

BLAYNEY David C. (Davy) – 8th December 2023, peacefully at hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Much loved husband of Janice, loving father of Lisa and Stacey, devoted grandfather of Eloise, Jake, Harley-J, Axl and Jovi, precious son Rose and the late John, dear brother of Mervyn, Ian and Ann and nephew of Margaret.

Funeral arrangements to follow. House closed.
