The family of the late Mary Kathleen Bond, Dungiven wish to acknowledge our sincere appreciation and thanks to all who sympathised, prayed for, and supported us during our recent and sad bereavement.
Firstly we would like to thank District Nursing Sister Margaret Kelly and her team, Dr Knox, Dr Byrne, Dr McKenna, the Northwest Carers, Connected Health, the Trust Carers, Feeny pharmacy and Roe pharmacy for all their care, help and attention towards Mary Kathleen during her illness.
We would also like to thank our family members, neighbours and close friends for all their kindness and help during the wake.
Thank you to all who paid their respects in any way, to those who sent Mass cards and sympathy cards, private messages, floral tributes, attended the wake and the funeral and paid their respects by standing on the roadside.
Thank you to Fr Micheál McGavigan for his spiritual support and for the beautiful requiem mass. We would like to also thank Fr Kelly and Fr Joseph for their attention and prayers.

Thank you to Joelene & Martin for the beautiful singing and music.
To Cathal’s flowers – thank you.
Thank you to Annie Joe the church sacristan, to the church stewards and to Martin Myles for the traffic control.

A final thank you to Deborah, Seamus and Eugene of McLaughlin Funeral Directors for all their support and for the dignified and professional way in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our family’s deepest gratitude.

Mary Kathleen’s Month Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 10th of April at 11.30am in St Patrick’s Church Dungiven.

BOND (née McWilliams) Mary Kathleen, peacefully surrounded by her loving family on the 4th March 2022, may she rest in peace. Formerly of Finvola Park, Dungiven, Co Derry.

Beloved wife of the late Davy R.I.P. Loving mother of Attracta, Sharon, John and the late Hugh, infant Gabriel & infant Patrick R.I.P. A devoted grandmother & grand grandmother. Dear sister of Bridie, Rosemary and Tina.

Reposing at her sons residence 26 Knock Cullen, Dungiven, funeral from there on Sunday 6th of March 2022, leaving at 12.15pm for 1pm Requiem Mass in Saint Patrick‘s Church Dungiven. Interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Deeply regretted and will be very sadly missed by all her loving family and the wider family circle. Our Lady of Knock pray for her.
