Anne (Detta) BROWN (née McMonagle)
The death has occurred of Anne (Detta) Brown (née McMonagle), September 5, 2023 peacefully at the Foyle Hospice. Late of 125 Creggan Road, (formerly of St Francis Terrace)
Beloved wife of Joe, loving mother of Helen and Paul, mother-in-law of Belinda and Michael, devoted grandmother of Clara, Erin, Sarah, Orlaith, Aidan and Emily and dear sister of Ethna, Margaret, Brendan and the late Seamus, Mary, Nora, Hugo, Columba.
Her remains will be reposing in her home from 6pm on Tuesday. Funeral from there on Thursday at 11 o’clock for 11.30am Requiem Mass in St Eugene’s Cathedral. Interment afterwards in the City cemetery. Family time please from 10 pm to 11am.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers, if wished, to the Foyle Hospice, 61 Culmore Road, Derry, BT48 8JE.
