It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Alan Burke at his home on July 19, 2026.

Formerly of Portadown, Alan made his home in Bedford, where he resided for the past 25 years. Throughout his life, he was known for his warmth, kindness, and quiet strength, and he will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Alan was the devoted and loving husband of Peggy, whose unwavering companionship meant so much to him. A cherished son, brother, brother-in-law and uncle, he will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends, whose lives were enriched by his love, generosity, and gentle spirit.

Alan’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
