We the family of the late Rosaleen Burns wish to express are heartfelt gratitude to all those who sympathised with us on our recent sad bereavement. To those who sent Mass Cards, messages of sympathy and attended the Wake and Funeral.
Our sincere appreciation to Monsignor Hugh Connolly for making Mummy’s Funeral Mass so personal and special and to Clionadh and Terry for their beautiful singing and musical contribution.
A very special thank you to the District Nurses and the Life and Time Team for the wonderful care they gave Mummy.
Finally, we would like to thank McAnulty Funeral Directors for their professional handling of the funeral arrangements.

BURNS (nee O’Hanlon) Rosaleen, 21st September 2024, peacefully at home, Great Georges Street (South), Warrenpoint.

Rosaleen, beloved wife of the late Shaun, loving mother of Miriam, Lisa, Shane and Dermot, mother-in-law of Eamon, Tommy, Sandra and Tanya and a much-loved grandmother and great grandmother and dear sister of Pat, Jim, Bernadette, Ann and the late Marie, Louis, Dessie and Michael. May her soul rest in peace.

Rosaleen’s remains will repose at McAnulty’s Funeral Home 35, Church Street, Warrenpoint on Sunday from 6pm – 8pm and on Monday from 2pm – 4pm and 6pm – 9pm. Removal on Tuesday at 10.15am arriving at St. Peter’s Church, Warrenpoint for 10.30am Requiem Mass (churchmedia.tv) followed by interment in St. Peter’s Cemetery.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving family, extended family circle and friends.
