CAIRNS Thomas (Tommy) Passed away peacefully 16th August 2026 at Antrim Area hospital surrounded by his family.

Late of Skelton Close, Carrickfergus. Beloved husband of Janet. Devoted dad to Joanne, Cathy and Leigh. Father-in-law to Ian, Freddie and Gavin. Proud granda to Luke and wife Emma, Kennedy, Stuart, Georgia, Logan, Sky, and Ria and great-grandad to Rosa and Heidi.

A service of thanksgiving for Tommy’s life will be held in S&J Irvine’s Funeral home, 31-35 Irish Quarter South Carrickfergus BT38 8BL on Friday 21st August at 2.00 p.m. followed by interment in Victoria Cemetery.

Friends welcome to call at the family home, 11 Skelton Close Carrickfergus from Tuesday 6.00 p.m. onwards.

Flowers welcome or donations in lieu of flowers, if desired to Alzheimer’s Society c/o S&J Irvine 31-35 Irish Quarter South.

Tommy will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by the entire family circle.
