Kaja Joanna Choma died on August 11th 2021, suddenly at her home in Belfast, Kaja Joanna,

Beloved daughter of Robert and Joanna, 17 Gortmerron View, Dungannon. Dearest and much loved sister of Jakub.

A private Service for family and friends was held at Roselawn Crematorium on Thursday 26th August at 9.30am.

Mass of Celebration and Thanksgiving for Kaja’s life will be held in St Patrick’s Church, Dungannon on Wednesday 1st September at 1pm.
