CLARKE Samuel died on 30th July 2021, suddenly at home.
Dearly loved father of Cheryl and Darren, grandfather of Jack, Logan and Louisa and brother of William.
Due to limited attendance at Kirkwoods Funeral Home, the service is for invited family and friends only at 10.00am am on Wednesday 11th August 2021 and afterwards to Roselawn Crematorium.
No flowers please. Donations in lieu may be sent if desired direct to Marie Curie, 1A Kensington Road, Belfast, BT5 6NF.
